We will need to park our vehicle in your driveway. We would appreciate it if you could allow room for this. Please remove any cars from the driveway before our arrival that may need to leave before the service is completed. Please advise on booking if this is not available.
We will require access to the property at the time of service to all relevant areas of your property to be inspected or treated. Please unlock any external gates. Skirting boards should be kept clear to get a good barrier down, however, don't move heavy items.
After the treatment takes place, we ask that you don't mop the floor for at least two days. Sweeping and vacuuming is perfectly fine once the spray dries. If you are planning on having your windows cleaned, arrange this for after the pest control service. High-pressure hosing can remove the residual chemical, so if you are planning on cleaning the external areas of your home, do this before the pest service is scheduled. Please remove any clothes from the clothesline and close all windows and doors.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours' notice. We will send you a reminder about your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Please reply to this reminder to confirm your appointment. If you cancel, reschedule or fail to give access at your allocated time, a penalty fee of $80 may be payable by the customer.
Pets should be secured or removed whilst the service is in progress. Please clean your yard of any pet droppings so we don't pull our hose through them. Fish ponds and fish tanks must be covered with an appropriate covering by the customer. We cannot spray near fish ponds.
Please advise our staff on booking your appointment if anyone present on the day of service suffers from any allergies. In addition, please inform our Inspector on the day. We can then advise accordingly for your health and safety.
Payment is required at the completion of your service on the day. This can be made by cash, credit card or debit card. We do not issue credit accounts for direct deposit to our bank account unless previous approval has been given by us.
If it's raining or it looks like it will rain at the time of your appointment, we will contact you and arrange another suitable date to complete the service for you. If it rains shortly after we have completed an external pesticide treatment and the pesticide has not had a chance to dry, we will arrange another date to respray the external areas again for you. Some services are fine to continue with rain.
